EXPLORE MANILA: Holiday Inn Makati
A hotel connected to three malls?!?! Definitely a fashion bloggers dream come true. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Makati after visiting Coron Island. Makati is a great area for tourists to stay at because it's central and everything you need is there! Manila is notorious for heavy traffic on the daily so it was great to be in a place where everything was easily accessible. When I walked into a room I was surprised to see a banner that said " Welcome Ms. Tan" accompanied by a bouquet of flowers and two dozen donuts!! The best red velvet donuts I've ever had in my life to be honest. Thank you so much to Bess and the Holiday Inn team for such a warm welcome!!
This was a nice break for me as I had some time to relax on the roof and even met up with my blogger friend, Ciara! We hungout at the rooftop bar and enjoyed a few drinks and appetizers. I also spent a lot of time at the gym working off the delicious breakfast buffet I would have every morning. When I wasn't lounging at the hotel or doing work I was obviously at the mall!

Shopping is one of the main activities here in Manila. I spent a lot of time walking around Glorietta and greenbelt malls. Honestly, it's an infinite amount of stores, it never ends! From Topshop to Gucci, everything you need is here. They even have a coffee bean!! I was able to get my ice blended coffee fix while I was in the Philippines as they only have coffee bean in the U.S.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend another night here! I highly recommend you stay here if you're visiting the city. You're close to everything and the staff is so sweet! I would definitely return to this hotel next time I visit!
